Guidelines for Oral Presentations
If you are a presenter, please prepare your PowerPoint presentation for 15 minutes which will be followed by 5 minutes of questions and answers. We encourage you to send us your PowerPoint presentation so that we can help you run your presentations from our side to avoid any network connection issues. You can upload your PowerPoint presentation to the upload link you should have received by email. Please name your presentation file name as your FIRST-LAST -paper number. E.g. Albert-Nkwasa-T01.ppt.
If you did not receive an email with the upload link and you plan on presenting an oral presentation, please reach out to us at eas-conference@fiu.edu.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Please prepare your poster as one PowerPoint slide with the right size. Use 36″ height x 48″ width poster size. Other not too small or too large sizes are also acceptable. Once the slide is completed, save it as picture or image files like JPG, JPEG, TIFF or other types and upload the image to the upload link you should have received by email. Please name your poster file as your FIRST-LAST -poster number. E.g. Ethiopia-Bisrat-P01.JPG.
